Jason Mageras, Founder and CEO

Jason began recruiting at a large agency in California, specializing in finance and accounting roles, before moving back to his hometown of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and founding Fuse Agency - a search firm that specializes in permanent direct-hire for accounting and finance roles. Since its founding, Fuse Agency has grown to support HR and IT hiring needs.

Before recruiting, Jason worked in accounting for over 10 years. First, in Pittsburgh in the banking industry and then in California as an Accounting Manager for a prominent talent management agency.

In his free time, Jason enjoys exploring the city with his wife, Laura, playing with their daughter, anything comedy related, and watching the Pirates, Steelers, Penguins, and Lakers.
